Well what a difference from our first game of the season, the sun was shining and hardly a breath of wind for the players to have to deal with. We started off by winning the toss and electing to bowl and we managed to restrict St Albans to 77 runs after 19 overs, with Ella Peterson top scoring with 23 off just 16 balls hitting some great boundaries. Rebecca Stanley also getting 3 wickets for just 1 run off 2.1 overs.
So the target was set and after 2 quick wickets by St Albans we managed to pull it back. A fantastic effort by Kat Thomas who scored 50 not out and we reached the total in the 13th over. A great game by all of the players.
