Women's & Girls' Club Cricket in Christchurch
Four players from North West Women’s Cricket will represent New Zealand in the 2026 Indoor Cricket Junior Series in South Africa, accompanied by coach Darrin Stackhouse and manager Vanessa Robertson. The community-supported quiz night raised over $3500, showcasing appreciation for the players’ efforts and honoring their journey in indoor cricket.

The Indoor Cricket senior provincial tournament took place at Action Indoor Sports Hornby, marking its final event before redevelopment. Canterbury fielded women’s and U22 teams, showcasing talent despite challenges. The women’s team reached the plate final, while the U22 lost by one run in the semi-final. Wellington claimed both titles.
