The club is thrilled to announce that New World Ilam and store owners Marc Brokenshire and Melanie Tarrant are continuing their partnership and supporting girls and women’s cricket at North West Women’s Cricket

As our primary naming partner our local New World store has been one the front of the shirts and sponsor since our clubs inception and its a terrific partnership.

“We are really proud to partner with a great club that is doing a lot for girls and women’s sport, we get to see a lot of the players and families come through the store as well” – Marc Brokenshire, store owner.

A lot happens behind the scenes with the relationship as we have been able to have a grocery grab fundraiser, we borrow the van to make pick ups and we are always using the deli, bakery, fresh produce, and grocery sections for catering for lunches our festival days. All the staff are so patient with the clubs number one supporter Peter Isle.

Being close the University they also tend to have promotions that are really popular with our player group, so it’s a great partnership!

You often bump into Marc in the store restocking the shelves and keeping the store looking great and he is always asks how everyone is doing.
