What a great day for cricket after the previous week of rain and the match being abandoned. OBC won the toss and sent us into bat. We started off well and with a great knock by Becky 69 off 66 balls and Scarlett 30 off 26 balls we made it to 208/4 after 30 overs. Pippa from OBC pick of the bowlers going for 19 runs off her 4 overs and picking up a wicket.
OBC then went into bat chasing 209 for the win but with some amazing bowling by Scarlett who picked up 6 wickets for just 4 runs, and also getting a 3 wicket maiden, and Olivia and India picking up a wicket each OBC were all out for 50. Also a big thanks to the Scorcher players who helped us out this week as they had the bye.
